Google (Google) has announced a renewal of its Office suite (G Suite): a real-time update to Gmail (Gmail) and the Hangouts call app, while trying to correspond with a company employee who has already completed his work hours.
After setting working hours through Google Calendar, Google Mail will display a message while writing an email to a person who has already completed his work that day on leaving the office, alongside the day and time he is expected to return. The same is true in the Hangouts conversation window, a message will appear about the employee’s unavailability at the time of writing the message, and estimate when it will be free to answer again.
The main purpose of the new feature is to ensure that working hours do not slip beyond normal times – and work tasks do not save family time at home. In addition, the sender can enjoy the assurance that the recipient of the message is actually in the office and available for receiving messages (and an explanation for the delay in responding).
Google believes this is such a welcome innovation that it will automatically run for all of its customers in the next two weeks by default. No action is required on the part of the user or the network administrator in the company for the update to take effect. You will also reach other users of the service later on.
