HP unveils a wide range of new products to suit the changing nature of work following the Corona plague. Among the new products: laptops and desktops for the HP ProBook and EliteDesk series, and new computer monitors.
The HP ProBook series of laptops is updated with a number of new models, including the HP ProBook 635 Aero G7. The new laptop comes in an updated premium design made entirely of metal and with 62% of the mechanical parts – made from recycled materials. The computer weighs less than one kilogram, offers a long battery life and includes the latest generation of AMD processors from the AMD Ryzen 4000 series, with the option to integrate the AMD Ryzen Pro 4000 Mobile processor.
Also, the ProBook 635 Aero G7 comes with WiFi 6 support as well as cellular network support (4G LTE). Featuring up to 32GB of RAM, offers a 13.3-inch screen with support for HP Sure View Reflect technology for privacy, thin edges and Full HD Plus resolution, and contains up to 1TB of internal storage memory. The computer includes USB Type-C, USB-A, HDMI and AC connectors for charging.
HP has also announced the pair of HP ProBook 600 G8 and ProBook 400 G8 computer series. The new series comes with the 11th generation of Intel Core processors, screens in sizes ranging from 13.3 to 15.6 inches (HD or Full HD resolution), and support for maximum brightness of up to 1000 nits, depending on the computer model. The models support up to 64GB of RAM, up to 512GB of internal storage and fourth-generation network support. These series have been developed specifically for developing professionals who move from the desk, to meetings in the conference room and from there to further work from home.
The HP EliteDesk series of computers is also updated with new models: the HP EliteDesk 805 G6 Desktop Mini PC and the HP EliteDesk 805 G6 Small Form Factor. The two come with a compact structure for office or home integration, without sacrificing powerful performance, and even offer support for HP Run Quiet Design – a technology that allows you to reduce background noise to help users concentrate.
The EliteDesk 805G6 includes AMD Ryzen Pro 4000 processors, up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and a variety of connectors, including: six full-size USB-A 3.1 inputs, USB Type-C 3.1 input, three DisplayPort 1.4 connections, and a headphone jack 3.5mm and Ethernet input. The company also announces the HP ProDesk 405 G6 series of computers featuring the AMD Ryzen Pro employer.
New computer screens
Company HP Unveils even computer screens updated for the office or home office. The new screens, HP E24d G4 and HP E27d G4, have been specifically developed for effortless video calling, thanks to a built-in pop camera, speaker and microphone that will be used by users for long video calls. The screens feature a 23.8- and 27-inch IPS panel with thin edges, with a maximum brightness of 300nits and a response time of 5ms.
The E24d G4 comes with Full HD resolution and a 16: 9 aspect ratio, while the E27d G4 is equipped with a higher resolution Quad HD 2K. The monitors include a variety of inputs, including USB Type-C, HDMI, a 3.5mm jack, DisplayPort 1.2 and 1.4 support, and full-size USB-A inputs. The company also introduced the HP E24t G4, which features a display panel the size of 24-inch and touch screen support for increased productivity.The monitors support the connection of the laptop and the power supply via a USB Type-C port with a power of up to 100 watts.
